Manage Mesmerize Subscription

We're sorry that Mesmerize did not work out for you, but we want to make sure it's easy for you to leave! Before you go, if you are experiencing any bugs or otherwise confusing behavior from Mesmerize, please contact our Support at support@mesmerizeapp.com.

Please follow the instructions below to cancel your free trial or subscription

📱 If You Subscribed via the Mesmerize iOS App

Your subscription is managed by Apple. Follow these steps to cancel:

  1. Open your iPhone Settings

  2. Tap your name at the top

  3. Tap Subscriptions

  4. Select Mesmerize

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

⚠️ Please note: Deleting the Mesmerize app does not cancel your subscription.
⚠️ Be sure to cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged.

Mesmerize cannot process Apple subscriptions or refunds directly. To request a refund, please follow Apple’s steps here.

🌐 If You Subscribed via the Mesmerize Website or a Partner

Your subscription is managed by Stripe. Use the appropriate link based on your signup date:

  • If you signed up before March 1st 2025, manage your subscription here.

  • If you signed up after March 1st 2025, manage your subscription here.

If you need help or want to request a refund, please reply to this email or contact us at support@mesmerizeapp.com.
